What is AIGA?
AIGA stands for the American Institute for the Graphic Arts and was started in 1914. It is one of the oldest professional graphic design organizations in the Unites States and has chapters across America for both professional and student designers. Joining AIGA here at Radford is the mark of someone passionate about design and committed to improving. We aim to provide resources for growth, excellence and a multitude of opportunities to network with other designers in the Graphic Design department as well as local and national professionals.
What are the benefits of joining AIGA?

First Acess to All Events, Trips, and Workshops

AIGA members get access to all sign-up sheets for events, trips, and workshops. This means for all activities where space is limited, AIGA members will be able to sign-up first before the events are opened up to the rest of the department or college.

There are some events that will be exclusive to AIGA members held during club meetings or at club meeting times that will be closed to those not active members of AIGA
